In the event, WashingtonRepresentatives.com determines that the List has been used additional times beyond those authorized, the Licensee agrees, once notified to immediately cease, and to pay for those additional usages at the same rate charged under the agreement. The Licensee authorizes WashingtonRepresentatives.com to charge any credit card on file accordingly.
